01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and nft88 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nft88 platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the NFT88 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be deemed automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

03 Account Registration
